2 x Skylight Roof Spacer suitable for Fiat, Ducato, Peugeot Boxer and Citroen Relay vans.
These spacers are designed for the MAXXFAN style roof vent and are narrower to match the narrower flange on the vent.
22mm Wide and 73mm Long
3D printed with thicker walls and infill to ensure they do not allow water ingress. The spacers are 2mm smaller than the van roof gutter to allow room for sealant.
To fit, simply apply Sikaflex (or an alternative) inside the van roof gutters, apply the spacer, seal around the sides of the spacer and finally a layer of Sikaflex over the top. Once the skylight has been added, apply another layer of sealant to the outside of the spacers to fully encase them and therefore creating a perfect seal.
I supply them in white but if you need any other colours please let me know.
The spacers come as a pack of 2. Therefore if you need 10 spacers you will need to order 5 packs.
A standard MaxxFan would normally require 6 but please check how many roof ribs your skylight spans.
